    Why use Kellogg's® Rice Krispies®?

As the first crisped rice cereal, Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies® has been bringing families together in the kitchen for over 80 years.

To experience the timeless flavor, make your Rice Krispies Treats® squares with the original Rice Krispies® brand cereal.

    Where to buy

1. In large bowl combine KELLOGG'S COCOA KRISPIES cereal, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Add eggs, walnuts, oil, milk and vanilla, mixing until just combined.

2. Spread in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.

3. Bake at 350ºF about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool completely.

4. Spread frosting over brownies. Sprinkle with KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES cereal. Cut into 2-inch squares.

Whenever my husband and I take the kids camping, we always have to bring a batch of Rice Krispies Treats along. I'm not really sure how the tradition started, but it's become such a huge part of our yearly trip that we actually prefer them to s'mores. Sometimes I make them a little more s'more-like -- with melted chocolate and crumbled graham crackers on top. We eat them by the fire, tell crazy jokes and fall asleep under the stars.
