Dad here! I give you Mom's credit. My daughter, who is 5 and I tried to spend the evening make treats for school. Maybe there should be a recipe for Dad to follow. First note is to say that butter and marshmallows do burn while on low if one does not stir them! We had a good laugh and will send them to school anyway.

1. I tried these cookies and loved them so much, I've passed the recipes on to other mothers around me. Its great to have a tasty nutritious snack to share with your children on a winters afternoon.
